Uni SM Wash 510 is a unique blend of solvents and cleaners formulated to clean and rejuvenate lithographic blankets, rubber, synthetic and composition rollers. It will blend with residual water in the pores of offset blankets, penetrate gum glaze and clean the rubber, leaving a velvety smooth surface. Uni SM Wash 510 contains additives which cut and remove ink and glaze as well as reduce rubber oxidation to extend life of rollers and blankets.
Uni SM Wash 511 is a nonphotochemically reactive water miscible ecological wash that is pleasant to use and cleans efficiently without strong solvency. It forms a superior emulsion, which permits mixing up to 30% water for removing water soluble glaze, lint and stock coatings while delivering a powerful solvent cleaning action.
Uni SM Wash 512 is a water miscible wash and up to 25% water may be added. This mix will not only reduce product cost but will simultaneously clean solvent and water bases contaminants.Will not harm synthetic ingredients in rollers or blankets, while producing a deep cleaning action.
Uni SM Wash 513 is a water miscible wash specially formulated for small and medium offset presses equipped with automated wash-up systems. It has been designed to clean the most current rollers made either of rubber or synthetic ingredients when used on a regular basis, its rubber rejuvenating properties can increase the life of rollers and blankets.
Uni SM Wash 514 contains no water and has been chemically designed to form a powerful solvent/water emulsion by adding up to 50% water and maintain the same powerful cleaning power of pure solvent washes. This emulsion removes water soluble glaze caused by gum, etch, lint and spray powders. Product cost reduction, low odor and low VOC’s are key.
Uni SM Wash 517 is formulated for small offset presses and duplicators with or without automatic wash-up attachments. Uni SM Wash 517 is an economical all day press wash for quick and efficient removal of soft ink. It is formulated with special conditioners beneficial for rollers and blankets. Uni SM Wash 517 is non-water miscible and leaves no residue on blankets and rollers.
Uni SM Wash 521 is the original fast drying, deep-cleaning small press wash that has gained high approval over the years for press-proven performance. Printers enjoy the benefits of Uni SM Wash 521 deep-clean wash-up. Economical, fast drying wash which efficiently removes glaze at a low odor comfort.
Uni SM Wash 529 is ideal for duplicator applications. It is a new generation, extra fast roller and blanket wash that does not contain glycol ethers or chlorinated hydrocarbons. Uni SM Wash 529 removes oil-based and moisture set inks in one quick wash-up, and does not leave a residue.
Uni SM Wash 530 has features and benefits a press operator is looking for in one wash. Uni SM Wash 530 is a powerful water miscible press wash with a pleasant odor. Uni SM Wash 530 contains no methylene chloride and has a low vapor pressure. When mixed with water, Uni SM Wash 530 will remove both solvent soluble and water soluble glazes in one wash-up. Uni SM Wash 530 outperforms competitive low odor products.
Uni SM Wash 538 is an economical wash for rollers and blankets for all offset presses. Uni SM Wash 538 is formulated with mild solvents, dries without residue and completely dissolves ink and prevents ink build-up without damage to rubber blankets and rollers.
