UNI POWER FLUSH works quickly to remove scum, ink slime and paper debris from dampening feed lines and circulators.

UNI POWER FLUSH should be used as a part of your preventative maintenance program to prevent build-up of slime, residue and other contaminants in your water system.

          1. 1. Turn off your cooling system. If you are not able to do this, bring temperature setting up to maximum (25°C).
          2. 2. Drain the entire press dampening system.
          3. 3. Remove filters.
          4. 4. Fill with fresh hot water and dilute 1 part UNI POWER FLUSH in 20 parts of hot water and recirculate for 15 to 30 minutes.
          5. 5. For tough jobs dilute 1 part UNI POWER FLUSH in 10 parts of hot water and recirculate for 30 to 60 minutes.
          6. 6. Be sure the solution reaches all parts of the dampening system.
          7. 7. Flush recirculating system thoroughly with water until water is clear.
          8. 8. Drain the entire press dampening system. Once system is empty, put new filters on.
          9. 9. Turn the cooling system back on or bring the temperature setting back down to 15°C.
          10. 10. Fill up with your Unigraph chemistry at the proper dosage. Recirculate for 5 to 10 minutes, drain and fill up again. Your are now ready to print.
